Day 9: Crafts and Cats. in hats.

Saturday we attended an event at Borders which was story time and cat in the hat stuff in honor of the new new show on pbs (of which we are very. big. fans.)

I got the opportunity to not be ref, not be babysitter, not be on duty and just be a mama for a bit and do craft time with Lily who was totally engaged in the activity while Josh and Liam did their own thing.



It was nice. It made me very very happy.

And that girlchild? Has flaiiiiiiiiiiiiiiir. You should've seen the finished product. wow. oh. wow. She sure got her money's worth and more for a free event. And everyone got stickers. WOO HOO! And they lived happily ever after. the end. (EVERY story ends that way, you know that, right mom? Right mom? You know that right? RIGHT LILY)
